Low Morale Equals Lost Tokes!


INSURANCE ISSUES:

We should pay nothing or next to nothing for our health insurance. However, we now pay over $1,000 a year for our PPO health insurance ($22.50 X 52 weeks=$1,170). This was raised not too long ago from $2.50 a paycheck ($2.50 X 52 weeks=$130).

TOKE ISSUES:

Protect our tokes! What happens when the courts rule in Wynn's favor?

When it becomes legal, what is to prevent the Golden Nugget from giving the floor supervisors a much needed raise with OUR money?



EXTRA BOARD ISSUES:
Two years on the extra board is too long.

One year on the extra board is too long.

Having such a large extra board is ridiculous.

Why should anyone have to do the same work and get treated like dirt? No guarantee of work. No health benefits. No job stability.
