Once we organize no longer will any member have to go into the shift managers office for any kind of reprimand by themselves.

There will ALWAYS be a shop steward there by their sides as witness and to ensure no laws are broken.

The way it is now, if you are “pulled” into the office you have nobody there with you but management.

Then when they show you what is going into your file, they will NOT provide you with a copy of it!

Your Shop Steward will know the Laws and will not allow you to be intimidated by overzealous managers!
