You can expect management to call a mandatory meeting, or many, to try to squash this drive.

They will tell many people many lies.

They will feed false information to their “friends” who are amongst us so their word will spread that way.

Management Action:

Remove computer from computer room.

Union response:

The drive to sign authorization cards begins. Suddenly, the computer is back and the dealer room is being remodeled with a plasma TV. This occurs while all departments are apparently being told to cut back expenses.

Also, after two years or so, 10 dealers are offered full-time positions.

All we are saying is the timing couldn't be better.
